I have no real idea why I made this other than I wanted to do a super fast animation for fun. Basically the first thing that popped in my head I would animate and this is what came out. Weird I know. It's a bald guy growing hair if you can't tell...thank you for your time!

For work we were working on coming up with an actual mascot for the University of Michigan. Here's one of the designs that got thrown out. I liked him the most though. Oh well, guess I'm weird...
